The Lima Ohio Area NAWIC Chapter 374 (L.O.C.) is a part of the National Association of Women In Construction. L.O.C. is one of six chapters in Ohio. There are over 4,300 NAWIC members and close to 135 chapters in the United States. This website will provide you with all of the information about the Lima chapter. NAWIC stands for National Association of Women in Construction. NAWIC is the voice of women in construction. Its mission is to enhance the success of women in the construction industry. 

​This page is dedicated to the Lima, OH / Ft. Wayne, IN Chapter (L.O.C.). The L.O.C. is for women who live or work within a 60-minute drive of Lima.

If you work in the construction industry or for a company that does business with the construction industry, such as banking, accounting, insurance, or a supplier of materials or services, etc., NAWIC is full of opportunities for you! Why NAWIC?

NAWIC is a non-profit organization for women who work in the construction industry. Generally, the construction industry is male-dominated. NAWIC offers women a "voice" in the industry and opportunities to network, learn new skills, and mentor other women who are new to the industry. NAWIC's mission is to "enhance the success of women in the construction industry!
